According to the type of construction materials used and the
workmanship, buildings can be divided into different categories, the higher the
quality of the construction material and the better the workmanship, the higher
the cost of construction on the building, the Public Works Department has set
up public interest buildings and buildings. Housing workers are divided into
the following categories.
(i) First Class Buildings
(ii) Second Class Buildings
(iii) Third Class Buildings

First Class Buildings-
In terms of material and workmanship, it is a high class of
buildings, each component of these buildings is made of high quality materials
and is made in the best way. First class buildings are constructed for
important public works and residence of officials.
First class buildings are constructed from rammed stones or first class bricks
with cement mortar, reinforced cement concrete slabs and beams are put on the
roof. Floors are made of mosaic or cement concrete, for doors windows, sheesham
or pine wood and glass are used, plaster and distemper is done on the walls,
the fittings of drinking water supply and contaminated drainage are also of
high quality.
(2) Second Class Buildings-
According to
the construction cost, these are medium-class buildings, their walls are made
by using first-class bricks in selected spices, umbrellas are strong so much

(3)Third Class Buildings-
These are low court

prepared by cheap type of construction material and by the necessary class of
workers, second class stone strips for the walls or the roof of the wooden
beams of bricks.
First local cheap wooden doors, windows are made, the walls are plastered with team or mortar, these houses are built for the lower class workers, workers and important works Class III houses are built to temporarily store building materials.
